The service
These terms apply to Velpaper, operated by PatStudio LLC. Contact: connect@patstudio.tech. Velpaper lets you browse wallpapers, preview them on a screen and download available originals. You do not need an account.
Using wallpapers
You may use downloaded wallpapers for personal use on your own screens. Do not resell, redistribute our collection as a competing catalogue or falsely claim exclusive ownership. Artwork may be generated or assisted by AI; availability does not imply exclusive intellectual property rights. If you believe a work infringes your rights, contact us with the artwork ID and evidence so we can investigate.
Premium, advertising and quality
Premium currently describes wallpapers supported by rewarded advertising, not a paid subscription. A shown ad must grant a reward through its SDK before the related download proceeds; unavailability can result in a free download. File dimensions are shown per artwork: only files meeting the advertised dimensions are marked 4K. Clock, system icons and motion are preview effects and are not part of the downloaded image. Live wallpapers are available only when actual moving assets are offered.
Responsible use
Do not attack or disrupt the service, bypass its technical protections, impersonate another person or use it unlawfully. We may limit abusive requests or remove content when necessary to protect the service and others.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable, but content and features can change and interruptions can occur. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is supplied as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy, changes and contact
